Participating Partners: CEH
The Centre of Ecology and Hydrology (CEH) will provide access to its to nano-ecotoxicological workflows including sample management and nanoinformatics solutions; as well as nanomaterials exposure, fate and behavioural models, along with the expertise to run these and access to its ecological risk assessment methods, informatics approaches and workflows (TA3). To support the longer-term provision of virtual access to the exposure and fate models, CEH will develop instructions and tutorials supporting additional access to its tools.
The computation tools offered by CEH for TA fall under three categories:
- Workflow support focussing on nanoinformatics needs
- Data Processing and Analysis services
- Predictive nanotoxicology tools
CEH offers support to Users in the design of their experiments to be directly compatible with the processing tools, or for Users that already have datasets, CEH will work with the Users to format the existing data utilising the data processing tools to enable analysis, predictive nanotoxicology using the nanomaterials exposure and fate model catalogue and framework. Full computational time and power, technical expertise, bioinformatics support and analysis and paper writing support are included in the TA package offered by CEH to fully support Users’ nanoinformatics needs.
